Uit liefde voor het karakter van dit mooie project en dat van Ineke, hebben Fleur en ondergetekende een paar weken terug de handen ineen geslagen en een songtekst geschreven die wat ons betreft de wereld kan gaan veroveren.
Het idee erachter? De mijmeringen van een vrouw die zich afvraagt of ze in het verleden geen andere keuzes had moeten maken en die ernaar verlangt om weer gezien te worden en haar plaats in de spotlight te krijgen. Maar tegelijkertijd bezingt het lied de opzet van The Entertainment Experience zelf, waarin hetzelfde verhaal een heel ander verloop krijgt als je er een andere schrijver, cast of crew op los laat.
Tsja. En toen werd het lastig. Want ondanks de goede wil en inzet van velen (dank aan allen), lukte het pas op het allerlaatste moment om een componist en zangeres bij elkaar te krijgen. Het verfrissende resultaat is nu te beluisteren op:

En het allerbelangrijkste hierbij is natuurlijk: Vergeet niet te stemmen, want niet alleen willen wij graag onder de aftiteling komen te staan, gedraaid worden bij Giel Beelen is ook niet verkeerd en bovendien ziet de TV dokter een carrière als songwriter wel zitten.
